Release & restructure class
For all levels. No prerequisites.
Hydrate your tissues using pinpointed self-massage techniques to release fascial restrictions, increase range of motion, and alleviate muscle tension. Improve your standing posture with re-tensioning & breathing drills.

Structural Foundations Class
Learn the fundamentals of posture & gait mechanics in a small group setting. Open to all levels.
Establishes foundation of the basics to alleviate pain and imbalances and restore proper tension to the 3 pillars of posture.
Centered around the Functional Patterns 10-Week Course, standing posture, and slow-tempo correctives. Prerequisite is Initial Assessment AND clearance from your trainer.


Movement foundations Class
For those with competent base of movement and are mostly pain-free. Movements in this class are geared toward dynamic and complex movements while maintaining the principles of concepts learned in Structural Foundations class. Prerequisite is Initial Assessment AND clearance from your trainer.

Athletic foundations class
Multi-plane ballistic movements simulate real-life and athletic scenarios, and provide gains in strength, stability, and mobility all at the same time!
For those with competent base of movement and are mostly pain-free. Ballistic dynamic movements and functional bodybuilding to increase strength, muscle, coordination, sport performance, and cardiovascular endurance. Prerequisite is Initial Assessment AND clearance from class intructor.
