human Movements
Stand, Walk, Run, Throw
All human movements are fundamentally derived from the four primary movement patterns, or the "First Four".
Prioritizing the First Four in your training sets the foundation for sustainably increasing performance, while eliminating pain, improving posture, and reducing risk of injury.
At First Four Biomechanics we utilize the Functional Patterns system exclusively which is an evolutionary first principles approach to creating long term enhancements to health and biomechanics.
Using the Functional Patterns system, our practitioners will train you according to your biological blueprint to optimize your mechanics, unlock your full potential, and make lasting changes to your structure.
